Small Group Sessions - 55 mins, (NDIS participants welcome).

• Weekly weekday group session, $48 per child.

• 1- Session trial $48

• 3-Session Bundle: $144

• 6-Session Bundle: $278 (save $10)

• 10-Session Bundle: $460 (save $20)

Enrolment Fee: $10 per student.

1:1 Teaching/Therapy Fee, weekday: $100 per student, 55 minutes (by appointments only, NDIS participants welcomed - NDIS fees apply separately).

New Policy (Effective 20 December 2025):

• Enrolment Fee & Annual Workbook Package: $50 per child plus GST. This includes the required Little Learners Loves Literacy Workbook Pack (Stages 1–4), used throughout the year to support structured literacy development. Please note the enrolment fee and workbook is billed as an out-of-pocket expense.

NDIS Participants:

Group Size:

• Classes are capped at 3 to 5 participants, depending on the nature and needs of the group.

• Smaller groups allow for more targeted support and smoother transitions.

NDIS Gap Fee:

• When a group class exceeds 4 participants, NDIS funding per child is reduced.

• As a result, families will be required to pay a gap fee starting from approximately $11 per class to cover the difference in support costs.

Updated Format (Effective 20 December 2025):

• Total Billed Time: 1 hour 15 minutes.
  This includes:

  • 55-minute therapy session plus feedback with families.

  • Time for individual NDIS compliant invoicing.

  • Completion of case notes and documentation required for NDIS compliance.

• Outcome Reviews are required for children attending three consecutive terms, billed at 1.5 hours under report writing for the participants NDIS plan.

All services are billed under the NDIS category: Capacity Building – Improved Daily Living (Early Childhood Supports) Support Item Number: 15_005_0118_1_3 Hourly Rate (per NDIS Price Guide): $193.99

If a NDIS participant exhausts their available funding, they may continue attending as a privately funded student and will be charged the relevant private fee.

Sessions run during Victorian school term with exemption of term 1 which will commence on Monday, 12th January 2026.
