Program Access and NDIS Information

Families seeking early support often carry a mix of hope, uncertainty and determination. Our program honours that journey by providing a learning environment that is trauma‑informed, therapy‑informed and deeply respectful of each child’s strengths, needs and pace.

NDIS Program Access

Many families choose to use their child’s NDIS funding to access our school‑readiness program under Improved Daily Living or Capacity Building for Children. Our sessions focus on school‑readiness learning goals and the everyday developmental foundations that help children feel confident in early learning environments.

We offer 1:1 school‑readiness sessions during the term, with optional small‑group opportunities during school holidays depending on interest and suitability. Each session supports emotional regulation, communication, early‑literacy foundations, fine‑motor development and confidence in simple, predictable routines.

Documentation for NDIS Participants

Families using NDIS funding receive:

  • Session case notes

  • Progress summaries

  • Outcome‑focused review reports

These documents support transparency for families, support coordinators and therapy teams.

Funding Eligibility

We support families who are self‑managed or plan‑managed. We are not a registered NDIS provider.

To get started, families provide:

  • NDIS number

  • plan dates

  • current goals

  • plan manager details (if relevant)

Inclusive and Accessible

Children do not need an NDIS plan to participate. To ensure fairness and transparency, our pricing is consistent for all families — private‑paying and NDIS‑funded — because every child receives the same structured, high‑quality school‑readiness support.

Families can choose 1:1 sessions during the term, with optional small‑group opportunities during school holidays for children who are ready to explore shared play and simple group routines in a gentle, low‑pressure environment.

NDIS Participants Billing Guide

To take part in a full term of our program, families generally set aside around $3,000 of NDIS funding per term. This covers weekly 1:1 sessions, case notes, and any outcome reviews required for plan reporting. Planning this in advance helps ensure consistent support without interruptions.

If a participant exhausts their available NDIS funding, they are welcome to continue attending as a privately funded student. Private fees are aligned with the current NDIS rate for Early Childhood Supports.

All services are billed under:

  • Capacity Building – Improved Daily Living (Early Childhood Supports)

  • Support Item Number: 15_005_0118_1_3

  • Hourly Rate: $193.99 (as per current NDIS Price Guide)

Each weekly session is billed for 1 hour and 15 minutes, which includes:

  • a 55‑minute 1:1 school‑readiness session

  • time for individualised invoicing completion of case notes and required documentation

Additional NDIS‑Funded Supports

The following items may be billed separately within a participant’s plan:

  • case notes and documentation

  • outcome reports

  • preparation of individualised resources

  • communication with external supports (schools, allied health, community services) such as emails, phone calls, meetings or sharing reports

Outcome Review Reports

Children who are concluding the program, approaching the end of the year, have a report requested by NDIS, or whose plan is ending will receive an Outcome Review Report. This is billed at 1.5 hours under report writing within the participant’s plan.
