Program Access and NDIS Information

Families seeking early support often carry a mix of hope, uncertainty and determination. Our program honours that journey by providing a learning environment that is trauma‑informed, therapy‑informed and deeply respectful of each child’s strengths, needs and pace.

NDIS-Friendly School Readiness Support!

Many families choose to use their child’s NDIS funding to access our program under Improved Daily Living or Capacity Building for Children. Our sessions focus on school‑readiness learning goals while supporting the developmental areas children may also be working on with their therapy teams.

We offer 1:1 school readiness sessions during the term and small‑group learning opportunities during school holidays. Each session supports emotional regulation, communication, early literacy foundations, fine‑motor development and confidence in structured learning routines.

Documentation for NDIS Participants

Families using NDIS funding receive:

  • Session case notes

  • Progress summaries

  • Outcome‑focused review reports

These documents support transparency for families, support coordinators and therapy teams.

Funding Eligibility

We support families who are self‑managed or plan‑managed. We are not a registered NDIS provider.

Inclusive and Accessible

Our program is open to all families, and children do not need an NDIS plan to participate. To ensure fairness and transparency, our pricing is consistent for all families—private‑paying and NDIS‑funded—because every child receives the same structured, high‑quality school‑readiness support.

Families can choose between 1:1 sessions or small‑group learning options during school holidays, allowing flexibility based on needs, goals and budget.

NDIS Participants Billing Guide

Funding Requirement

To take part in a full term of our program, families usually need to set aside around $3,000 in NDIS funding per term. This covers weekly sessions plus case notes and outcome review.

We recommend families plan this funding in advance to avoid disruptions and ensure consistent support.

If a participant exhausts their available NDIS funding, they may continue attending as a privately funded student and will be charged in line with NDIS fees.

All services are billed under: NDIS Category: Capacity Building – Improved Daily Living (Early Childhood Supports) Support Item Number: 15_005_0118_1_3 Hourly Rate: $193.99 (as per current NDIS Price Guide)
