Getting Started with School Readiness Solutions
1. Get in Touch
Contact us to discuss your child’s needs and check current availability for 1:1 sessions or holiday groups. This first step helps us understand the best fit for your child. Please contact Tracey directly on 0490 539 849 or email schoolreadinesssolutions@outlook.com.
2. Complete the Intake Form
If a place is available, you’ll receive an intake form to share important information about your child’s strengths, interests and support needs. This helps us prepare a safe, structured and personalised learning environment.
3. Review & Sign the Service Agreement
Once your intake form is received, we’ll send a service agreement outlining session details, fees, expectations and our trauma‑informed approach. This ensures clarity and confidence for both families and our program.
4. Booking Confirmation
After the service agreement is signed, your child’s booking is confirmed, and we’ll schedule your first session.

Session Format & Pricing
Sessions are delivered 1:1 or small group during the Victorian school term, with the option of small‑group learning during school holidays to support engagement, confidence and social connection.
Pricing
NDIS (self‑managed or plan‑managed only): $193.99 per hour (GST‑free, aligned with the NDIS pricing guide).
Private‑paying families: Access the same service at the same rate, including GST, to ensure fairness and transparency for all families.
Intake & Program‑Required Learning Resources
To support structured school‑readiness routines, families purchase:
Enrolment Registration Fee: $11 (incl. GST)
Workbook (Term Option): $10.60 per workbook (incl. GST) OR Workbook (Annual Option): $40 annually (incl. GST, covers Stages 1–4 across Terms 1–4)
Workbooks are kept on site and used throughout the year to support consistent learning routines and skill development.
Note: Enrolment and learning resources are required for all families and are an out‑of‑pocket expense (not covered by NDIS).
Refund Policy
All enrolments, bundles and workbook purchases are final and non‑refundable, including missed or absent sessions.
