3:20pm – 4:15pm
4:30pm – 5:25pm
3. Wait for our confirmation via email.
Once we have your details, we’ll inform you when to proceed with your enrolment and service agreement.
Important details:
This is a term-long program, but invoices are submitted weekly as required by NDIS.
If your child misses a class, you will still be invoiced because the spot is reserved for the term and we plan sessions specifically for them.
We also limit other participants from joining to ensure consistency.
Families are entitled to two make-up classes during the term to accommodate missed sessions.
Each session is 55 minutes, with the final 5 minutes used to finalize the full 60 minutes
Key Points:
NDIS participants must pay a ‘gap fee’ based on the number of students enrolled in the class and whether they opt for 1:1 teaching or group sessions.
Enrolment fees are not covered by NDIS and will be billed as an out-of-pocket expense.
The gap fee is calculated weekly to comply with NDIS regulations, based on the number of participants booked in the class.
Families must pay the gap fee at drop-offs via EFTPOS unless opting for 1:1 teaching. Please arrive 5 minutes early to allow time for processing.
