2. Provide the following information: Whether you prefer 1:1 teaching or group learning. Your preferred session times during the Victorian school term (please choose more than one to allow for flexibility):
Monday 1.30pm - 2.25pm
Monday 2.40pm - 3.35pm
Monday 3.50pm - 4.45pm
Tuesday 1:00pm – 1:55pm
Tuesday, 2:10pm – 3:05pm
Tuesday, 3:20pm – 4:15pm
Tuesday, 4:30pm – 5:25pm
Thursday, 1:00pm – 1:55pm
Thursday, 2:10pm – 3:05pm
Thursday, 3:20pm – 4:15pm
Thursday, 4:30pm – 5:25pm
3. Wait for our confirmation via email.
Once we have your details, we’ll inform you when to proceed with your enrolment and service agreement.
Important details:
Please note: Enrolment is a full‑term commitment — fees remain payable even if enrolment is cancelled partway through.
Families may cancel up to two sessions per term without charge if notice is given at least 48 hours in advance (Mon–Fri, 9am–5pm).
All other missed sessions will be billed. Make‑up classes may be offered, subject to availability.
Key Points:
NDIS group sessions with 5+ participants include a weekly gap fee of approx. $11, payable via EFTPOS at drop-off. This fee is required under NDIS pricing rules and does not apply to 1:1 teaching. Please arrive 5 minutes early to allow time for processing.
Annual enrolment fees and workbooks (from Dec 2025) required for our school readiness program and are an out-of-pocket expense, please see our booking page for more information.
If a NDIS participant has exhausted their funding, they will need to cover the private paying fee to continue school readiness session.
